Structural characteristics and working principle


The equipment mainly consists of a feed hopper, a front support seat, a screw, a filter screen, a juice container, a rear support and pneumatic compaction.Device, slag chute and other parts. When working, the material enters the screw juicer through the feed hopper, and the bottom diameter of the screw gradually increases and the pitch gradually decreases along the direction of the slag outlet. When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the screw cavity is reduced, thus squeezing the material. Raw materials are added into the feed hopper, which is pressed by the screw, and the squeezed juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The axial movement of the pressure regulating head can adjust the size of the gap (controlled by the cylinder control button on the control cabinet), that is, the slag discharge rate can be changed by adjusting the size of the gap, but if the gap is too small, some slag particles will be together with the juice under strong extrusion. So as to achieve the purpose of automatic separation of juice and residue.
